Ambassadori Island is designed as a new waterfront district combining residential living, hospitality, business, leisure and tourism. The wider masterplan includes a private marina and yacht club, a white sand beach, an approximately nine hectare central park, extensive dining and retail, sports facilities, entertainment, event venues, hotels, offices and additional residential developments. Location Ambassadori Tower sits directly on the Black Sea while remaining only a few minutes from the existing centre of Batumi. According to the current project materials, Batumi Old Town is approximately five minutes away by car.
