Everything is organised around the project and the developer behind it. Unit types are shown as ranges; individual units appear only where the developer actually publishes them.
Sourced, not invented
Prices are shown in the currency the developer quotes. Missing data stays visibly missing — we never fill a gap with an estimate.
Photo or render, always stated
Renders are labelled as renders, never presented as photography. Where a listing was last updated and what has been checked is shown on the project itself.
