Frequently asked questions
When do I get paid?
When someone who created an account through your link buys a property within 12 months and the purchase is completed. You will see the amount in your referral area.
How is it calculated?
You receive a fixed share of the purchase price: 0.60 % in tier 1, 0.75 % in tier 2 from €300,000 volume and 0.90 % in tier 3 from €1,500,000 volume.
What if someone uses several links?
The first link through which a new account was created counts. A later referral does not change it.
Do I need a broker licence?
No. You only recommend and pass on contacts. Advice, negotiation and closing are handled by AcrossEstate.
Can I refer myself?
No. Your own accounts and accounts of our team are never attributed.
Programme terms in short
- Taking part is free. AcrossEstate reviews every application and may decline it or end it later.
- Only new accounts with a confirmed email created through your link are attributed. Attribution lasts 12 months from account creation. The first link counts.
- The payout is a share of the purchase price of a completed purchase according to your current tier. It is due once the purchase is fully completed and AcrossEstate has been paid. It lapses on withdrawal or reversal.
- Individual projects may be excluded from the programme. The payout may be limited in individual cases.
- You act as a referrer only. You do not advise, negotiate or sign contracts on behalf of AcrossEstate.
- You are responsible for taxes on your payout. We arrange payment with you once a payout is due.
- Abuse such as self-referral, false information or spam leads to exclusion and forfeits open payouts.
