AcrossEstate is a digital real estate, information and intermediation platform. The platform may display, among other things, real estate projects, individual units, developers, brokers, distribution and advisory partners, market information, availability information, documents, maps and digital comparison and calculation functions.

In addition to operating AcrossEstate, Black Coast Capital LLC may act for individual projects as a broker, distribution partner, listing partner, intermediary or advisory partner. For certain projects, Black Coast Capital LLC may hold exclusive distribution or marketing rights for specific countries, regions, customer groups or distribution channels under its agreements with developers. Such a role is disclosed in connection with the relevant project where it is relevant to users.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific offer, AcrossEstate is not the builder, developer or seller of the property displayed. A real estate purchase agreement is generally entered into with the seller, developer or other contracting party identified for the relevant transaction.

The information and contractual documents applicable at the time of the relevant transaction with the respective contracting party are decisive for a specific purchase.

5. Informational nature

Content made available on AcrossEstate is intended to provide information, orientation and support for users' own decision making. It does not constitute individual legal advice, tax advice or investment advice.

Digital calculators, scenarios and comparison functions are based on inputs, assumptions and model calculations. They do not constitute a guarantee of future value appreciation, rental income, returns, resale prices or other economic outcomes.

Texts, trademarks, graphics, structured data, photographs, videos, floor plans, documents, software and other materials may be protected by copyright, trademark law or other rights. Third party rights remain unaffected.
