For developers and brokers

Your new-build project in front of international buyers, properly presented.

You submit the project in the Partner Portal. We check the details, present them consistently and publish. Later updates you propose, we apply. The public page stays accurate throughout.

Registration and submission are free. Fees or commissions apply only if we agree them with you separately.

Who the Partner Portal is for

Developers

You build and sell. You submit your projects directly and keep prices, availability and construction progress up to date.

  • Submit projects with unit types, prices and payment plan
  • Upload images, floor plans and documents
  • Public company profile with logo and description

Brokers and agencies

You market other developers' projects. You request to represent projects and appear with your profile in the broker directory.

  • Request to represent existing projects
  • Public broker profile in the directory
  • Licence details are taken into account during review

How it works

From draft to project page

Every step is visible in the portal. You always see where your project stands and whether we need anything from you.

  1. Partner account and company profile

    You · about 10 minutes

Create an account, choose your company type, enter company details and registration number. We verify your company in parallel; you can start working meanwhile.

  2. Submit your project

You · save a draft at any time

The wizard covers basics, location, descriptions, unit types, prices, payment plan, gallery and documents. Return figures are optional and need supporting evidence.

  3. Review by AcrossEstate

Us · questions arrive in the portal

We check the details, evidence and image rights. If something is missing, we tell you exactly what in the portal. Everything stays private until approved.

  4. Preparation and publication

Us · you see the status live

We move the project into the catalogue, structure it consistently and publish it. From then on it appears in search, on the map, in comparisons and in the calculators.

Who does what

Your part

  • Accurate, current prices, availability and completion dates
  • Images and documents you hold the rights to
  • Proposing changes as soon as something changes

Our part

  • Review, structure and consistent presentation
  • Applying your changes after review
  • Routing buyer enquiries to the responsible partner

What to have ready

You don't need everything at once. Drafts can be saved at any time.

  • Your company's registration number
  • Project name and address, or its position on the map
  • Planned completion and current construction status
  • Unit types with sizes and starting prices
  • Payment plan, if there is one
  • Renderings or photos and floor plans
  • Brokers: licence number, where your country requires one

Why we review

Buyers trust checked information

People buying from abroad cannot drive past the site. So nothing goes live unchecked, including changes to a published project.

The public page stays stable

While we review a change, the current version stays visible. Buyers never see a half-finished state.

Clear rules for returns

Return figures appear only with their source and assumptions. We call something a guarantee only when there is a named guarantor.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost to become a partner?

Registration, your company profile and project submission are free. Fees, commissions or paid promotion exist only if we agree them with you separately in writing.

How long does the review take?

Mostly it depends on how complete the documents are. You can see the current status in the portal at any time. If something is missing, we ask a specific question there.

Can I edit a published project myself?

You propose changes in the portal, such as new prices, images or documents. We review and apply them. Until then the current version stays public.

I'm a broker. Can I add projects too?

As a broker you request to represent projects that are already on AcrossEstate. If you want to market a project that is missing, write to support@acrossestate.com and we will agree with you and the developer how to add it.

Which countries can I submit projects from?

Our current focus is Georgia. We consider projects in other markets case by case. If you are unsure, write to support@acrossestate.com first.

Which language do I submit in?

Your working language. You choose one of 26 languages as the original. Your original text is kept, and translations are maintained separately.

Am I guaranteed enquiries?

No. We route buyer enquiries to the responsible partner, but we cannot promise a particular number of enquiries or sales.

Ready to submit your project?

Create your account and start with the company profile. You can pause the project draft at any time and continue later.
