Together, they will create a recognisable new silhouette along Batumi's waterfront. The architectural concept was developed by Georgian architect Davit Gogichaishvili and his studio Hausart, whose portfolio includes landmark developments such as Paragraph Hotel, Batumi Tower with Le Méridien and Sheraton Metekhi Palace Hotel. Tower B is currently in its pre-sale phase, offering studios and one-bedroom apartments with layouts ranging from approximately 28 to 73 m². Location Corall Seaside Resort is located at 1 Tamar Mepe Avenue in the northern coastal area of Batumi, directly beside the Black Sea. According to the project materials, Batumi Central Railway Station is approximately three minutes away. The historic Batumi Boulevard and Batumi Botanical Garden can each be reached in around ten minutes by car. Private Use, Rental and Operations Corall Seaside Resort is designed for both lifestyle buyers seeking a personal coastal residence and investors interested in professional holiday rental management. An important advantage is the availability of different contractual arrangements. In addition to a centrally managed rental model, the developer has also prepared a contract option without mandatory participation in the rental management programme. Under the standard management arrangement, a management company designated by the developer oversees professional rental operations and apartment management. The current draft agreement provides for a profit allocation of 60% to the property owner and 40% to the management operator. Actual rental income depends on occupancy, operating expenses and the applicable contractual terms. Buyers who primarily wish to use their apartment privately may consider the alternative contractual structure without mandatory rental management. Specific usage rights and service obligations are determined by the individual purchase agreement. Payment and Completion Corall currently offers interest-free instalment arrangements directly through the developer. The payment structure may include an initial down payment, regular monthly instalments and a larger final payment.
