Tonino Lamborghini Tower Batumi is taking shape in one of the most distinctive new locations on Georgia's Black Sea coast. The wider masterplan covers approximately 84 hectares and is designed to combine residential, hospitality, leisure, retail, education, sports and public spaces within one destination. A significant part of the island is dedicated to landscaped and recreational areas. The masterplan includes more than one kilometre of sandy beach, a yacht club, aqua park, tennis and basketball courts, entertainment facilities, an international university and approximately 411,600 m² of recreational zones.
